Chen is an analytics veteran with over twenty years of experience in driving insights and business value from data.
Prior to launching her own practice Intellego Consulting, Chen was the Director of Marketing Analytics and Insights at Tableau, where she spearheaded high-impact analytics projects such as Multi-channel Attribution, Customer LTV and Predictive Churn Models. She also held leadership positions at SAP Concur, Marchex, Amazon and Microsoft.
Earlier in her career, Chen worked at the digital advertising agency Avenue A Razorfish (now part of Publicis) where she developed her deep knowledge of adTech and digital analytics. She started off her career as a management consultant at Monitor (now part of Deloitte) where she gained experience in a wide range of industries such as CPG, Retail, Hospitality, Technology, Financial Services, Education and Automotive.
Chen holds an MBA from the International Institute for Management Development (IMD) in Lausanne, Switzerland, an M.A. in Mathematics from Dartmouth College and a B.S. from Denison University. She lives in Bellevue with her husband and two sons. She spends her spare time painting and going to classical music concerts.

Fang’s primary industry experience is in software and insurance. She has also consulted in retail, manufacturing, robotics, travel and financial services. Her functional expertise is in marketing analytics, global marketing operation, marketing automation, product management, data science and BI. She led the field marketing automation effort for Microsoft Office 365 team and global marketing operation for GCR, APAC, India and LATAM. She also managed Microsoft’s marketing and sales BI and lead management platforms. Fang built and managed the 2nd global marketing service center for Oracle. Fang has extensive experience in data analytics, predictive modeling using SPSS, SAS, SQL server.
Fang holds advanced degrees in Management Information System (Case Western Reserve University), Geography Information System (University of Akron) and Geography and Regional Planning (East China Normal University).
Ujjwal is the founder of Management Foresight, and a Strategy and Analytics expert specializing in revenue generation and building profitability through analytics driven operational excellence. The Gamma Analytics AI Suite from Management Foresight is largely based on some AI techniques he had developed while he was at MIT.

Before Management Foresight, Ujjwal was the Vice President of Enterprise BI and Analytics at Target Corporation, Ujjwal led a 500+ person analytics team that was responsible for all BI and Analytics functions – predictive analytics, optimization, data sciences, AI, big data, data quality, business intelligence and reporting across all business functions for the entire company globally.
Ujjwal also held senior leadership positions at Salesforce.com, Microsoft, where he was responsible for a multi-million dollar budgets.
Earlier, Ujjwal ran a startup funded by Zero Stage Capital, in the cloud-based marketing analytics and business intelligence space for the retail industry.
Ujjwal was also a strategy consultant with McKinsey and Co.
Ujjwal holds a PhD and Master’s in engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a Bachelor’s from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi.
Outside of work, Ujjwal enjoys music, yoga, hiking, and spending time with his 17-year-old twin boys.
